A male homosexual, one that craves to be on the receptive side of anal intercourse. May also apply to a heterosexual that likes to be penetrated by a strap on.
This phrase seems to originate from Hebrew where it appears as "eats in port 80", a euphemism of "eats in the ass" (80 being the common port number for HTTP requests).
Another (rarer) variant is "accepts in port 8080" (being the HTTP Alternate port as well as the port used by the infamous vulnerability in the Netscape implementation of JVM known as Brown Orifice).
Compare port (definition 4)

So what are you telling me here, that you accept in port 80?
Dude, just because someone likes to wear dresses you can't automatically assume he accepts in port 80.

Get the accepts in port 80 mug.First off, NO ONE says JOISEY or anything with an "oi". Most jersey people, at least where i live (North Jersey), talk like New Yorkers. We tend to put aw or au in everything.
(This doesn't mean that EVERY jersey resident speaks like this)

A movie with the funniest trailer ever, about a guy who didn't get accepted anywhere but needed to to comply with his parents regulations, thus making his own university, of which anyone can get accepted to.

Get the accepted mug.We DONT say Joisey. We tend to draw out our vowels like people from Philly. If your in North Jersey you may have a New York-Like accent, If your in South Jersey Philly is your city and you talk more like them. Not all people have accents because most people move here from other Countries, and Regions of the U.S. I tend to say "Worter" instead of "Water". I also Say "Caaary" instead of "Carry." and "Nevahdah" instead of "Nevada". We mostly don't have strong accents though and remember NO ONE EVERY SAYS JOISEY.
West Coast Person: Hey aren't you from "Joisey" (trying to make fun of an accent that no one has)
NJ Kid: Actually we say it like "JUR-ZEE" and most New Jersey Accents aren't that strong, it varies from person to person.

Get the Please accept mug.Your definition is of acceleration is wrong. People do legitimately have a fear of acceleration, but such people have no fear of speed. It's simply the rate at which one arrives at that speed that causes discomfort. Therefore, someone with a fear of acceleration can quite comfortably travel at 70 mph on a motorway, but they're not going to floor the accelerator in first gear, because that's just stupid and only morons drive like that.
Travelling from 0 to 30 mph by flooring the accelerator in first gear and reving up the engine on purpose to make a noise like a complete and utter twat.
