A "disease" made up by Republicans, used as a derogatory term to make fun of the Democrats' seemingly irrational hatred for Mister Forty-Five. The most common symptom is finding any way to take a dig at the man in literally any social media post they find, even if said post is not remotely political by any stretch of the imagination.
