Someone who has a personality of a tsundere, but acts like a simp. Gets jealous of others easily and wants to have what others have, but won't work for it themselves. Tsimpdere are also often dumb. They expect others to buy them things, and never return the favor. Draining a nice guy of both his bank, and his brain cells.

Guy 1: "Hey do you still hang with JV?"
