A mysterious name yelled in retaliation or in response to drive-by slandering; the name "Stuart" or "Stewart" is a non-sequitur intended to confuse unsuspecting bullies.

It has been commonly used throughout the San Francisco Bay Area, especially the North Bay, since the early 2000's.

The strange phrase has been known to cause car accidents.
