The state of a male being overly aroused in a public place.

Said victim will get to the point where all of their efforts to tame the beast look in vain. Even the least hottest things have the ability to start it up again.

The problem can involve a few false dawns of thinking you have it under control, only to find that you start to link everything back to your problem below.

Referendum Rage

Refers to the mass outpouring of anger and idiotic statements from the losers of the British EU referendum in 2016. Symptoms include signing online petitions calling for another referendum or calling for London to declare its independence from the rest of the UK, crying to your friends on Facebook about how life is just so unfair, smashing your TV when Nigel Farage comes on, and in the most extreme cases: resigning as Prime Minister.

"Its just the referendum rage talking. You know that when only 31.56 per cent of 18-24 year olds bother voting you can't say its the older generations pulling you out against your will."

When they put a new rating/certificate on a film because they realized that the film dosen't actually have that much swearing,goryness,scaryness or sexyness in it.

This exchange rate is used to determine an individual country's currency value relative to the other major currencies in the index, as adjusted for the effects of inflation. All currencies within the said index are the major currencies being traded today: U.S. dollar, Japanese yen, euro, etc and the search for said effective exchange rate.
