The quiet kid is usually a kid in school who is considered quiet and/or silent. In meme culture the quiet kid is considered the most badass person in the class and be able to kick everybody's ass. Example of this is include Light Yagami from Death note and Onision's self inserts in his books. Alot of the quiet kid memes is likely there for the author to self insert themself as a cool kid since alot of internet users was themself quiet as a kid.
