A bastardisation of the phrase "mothering the brushes" meaning to gain sexual pleasures from an ordinary household object the same way a dildo works. There is now a small company in south-east England manufacturing mumbrushes for sale.
Also: mumming the brush. To use a mumbrush.

"Did you see Coling go with that mumbrush!?"

"I mummed the brush all fucking day and nothing fucking happened, I'm complaining to my lawyer!"

Mumble rap

Mumble rap is a "sub-genre" of rap that involves people with no vocal talent whatsoever who have to rely on auto tune to make their voice sound somewhat decent which is usually way overdone to the point where they sound like robots, you can barely understand what they're singing about (hence the name "Mumble Rap") and when you search up the lyrics they are mostly about banging hoes, bragging about money and other dumb things. They also can't help but put "lil" in front of their stage name (ex: Lil Pump, Lil Uzi Vert).

Mumble rap is stupid, please don't listen to it.

Noun, term coined in 1984:

1. A person that replies to questions by mumbling.

2. A person's whose actions for a given situation are illogical or stupid to the point that one must comment about them.

Example 1:
Teacher: "So why did you think you could get away with downloading porn on the school's computers?"

Mumblyfuck: "Umm... well... *mumble*... that is... I ... *mumble*" <shakes heads>

Example 2:
Voter: "That politician just had a historical building torn down to make way for a museum to spotlight the city's history. What a mumblyfuck!"
