Oedipus Complex

The psychological term coined by Sigmund Freud named after the mythical king of Thebes and the legend based around him. In Greek myth, Oedipus killed his father and married his mother, but without knowledge that either were his parents. Freud's theory proclaimed that, at an unconscious level, a male's sexual preference would be based around the actions and personality of his mother. The male child would also feel extreme animosity towards his father, again at an unconscious level. The phenomenon in females is called the Electra Complex.

The Oedipus Complex is not a group of condos in Coconut Grove, Miami, but rather the explanation that, no matter what you do, it always has to do with you secretly wanting to fuck your mother.

Pretty Girl Complex (PGC)

Girls with Pretty Girl Complex are CLEARLY hot, but oblivious to the hotness they exude to others. This results in many people getting confused as to how you feel about them (just friends?) since they are never aware of those who are attacted to them. Regardless of how this hot girl views herself, she never sees herself on the level others do. So unlike Pretty Girl Syndrome sufferers, this girl does not knowingly take advantage of others around them. This girl just thinks everyone is just being nice/normal...when in actuality their actions are directly influenced by her hotness. Informing a girl with PGC of her condition usually results in her shock and disbelief.

Ellen and James have been friends for 2 years. Ellen incorporates James into all her groups of friends. They eat lunch/dinner together frequently. They like a lot of the same things. He always seems to be available to her and Ellen loves to be social/hang. Then James confesses his love to Ellen and she is taken aback...thinking they were just "friends "and is confused as to what would make him think otherwise...all of which are symptoms of Pretty Girl Complex (PGC)..

Superiority Complex

Superiority complex refers to a subconscious neurotic mechanism of compensation developed by the individual as a result of feelings of inferiority.

The feelings of inferiority in this specific complex are often brought on by social rejection, possibly as a result of the individual's inattentiveness to hygiene, appearance, or lower intelligence as compared to others.

Sheneequa Complex

A psychological state in which one believes they are the best at any subject, and are the hottest shit on the earth. One who has a sheneequa complex invariably suffers from unwarranted self importance, and is indeed, not the hot shit that the presume their self to be. The word originates from the various "Sheneequas" who personify the word. If you have never encountered a sheneequa just take a trip to Detroit. The complex it self refers to when one is not actually a sheneequa, yet acts like one. Those who have this terrible condition will usually raise their voice for no apparent reason, finger snapping may follow, and some unintelligent babble. It infects 90% of the female teenage population.

Normal Person 1: "Hey were are having a party tomorrow, what kind of drinks do you guys want?"

Normal Person 2: "Dude pick up some natty and captain or something."

Women with said complex: "OH HELL NAH! I AINT DRANKIN THAT SHIT, I ONLY DRINK PATRONE! FUCK YOU GUYS IM GONE!"

Normal Person 2: "What just happened?"

Normal Person 1: "Sheneequa Complex just happened."

Persian Male Complex

Persian Male Complex occurs in mainly Persian men, though it can be applied to all men of Middle eastern descent, not specifically Persians. Symptoms include a strong need for the submissive maternal-wife figure who will not pursue any meaningful career in order to care for her 9 children, preferably all boys to carry on the strong, dominant paternal genes. PMC creates the need for the man to be the dominant figure in the household and to be the sole breadwinner of the family, in order for him to assert his dominance and feel secure in his own masculinity. PMC does not come in one shape or form and it affects men and boys of all ages. There is the possibility for early on set PMC--there is no cure, however, it can be treated to a manageable state.
