The most perfect person in the world, you will never meet a better person than him. Charlie has a bit of an obsession with LIMONATA but be careful not to get to close to arenciata or Charlie will end you. You may find him in the Health Shack shoving his face full of spicy chicken wraps as well so watch out. However overall Charlie is the best person ever and you are very lucky if you meet him (especially if its at a bbq with 7 year olds, a trampoline and very nice mushrooms)
