A word to describe one's sexual orientation. Used in the downs syndrome community. Also used by gay individuals, living in areas where homosexuality is frowned upon, as a way to secretly signal one's sexual preference.

The phrase originates from the word kebab, because homosexuality is frowned upon in the Middle-east.
