BABS is an acronym for the Burning Asshole Blues. This happens when you've shit so much that your butthole burns and hurts so much you take up guitar lessons and play Stevie Ray Vaughan tunes to smooth both your ass and soul.

I ate some jalapeno poppers that gave me the BABS, but now I can play a mean rendition of Stevie Ray Vaughan's Scuttle Buttin.
