Someone who goes to the beach and doesn't even go in the water. They usually just complain the whole time. Total buzzkill, man! The beachweenie also tends to wear a fishing hat (even though they don't fish), lame wraparound sunglasses, and too much sunglasses.

That kid is a total beachweenie, he won't even wade into the water!
