Justin Bieber's father — Jeremy Bieber abounded him as a baby and was absent from his childhood and came back in his life again when he became famous and started making money.

It's Belieber's (Justin Bieber's supporters) version of saying “Gotta Zayn” but you use it in a situation where you're supposed to be at a certain place, do a certain thing or made a promise, but bail on it and refuse to take responsibility for it.

Much like what Jeremy did when he refused to admit paternity of Justin.
