A group of kids who dress in what they want to wear, just like every other labeled group. This group of kids though get more discriminated against because they wear certain brands of clothing like Abercrombie, AE, and Hollister. People judge them as sluts just because most of them look good in revealing clothes and like to wear whatever they want, but um how would these people call them sluts if they know nothing about them? A normal group of kids with just different likes than all the other cliques.

Preps are just like all the other cliques, just with different interests.

A true Prep would not be caught dead in brands like abrecrombie and fitch and especially never in burberry. if the brand of your clothes is obvious from farther than 10 feet away then you are not a prep.

I know that Besty thinks that telling everyone to call her Bisty and wearing a collared shirt and pearls will make her a true Prep but honestly the burberry pattern on the shirt and the size of those pearls are disgusting and lessen the reputation of subly that true Preps have.

preps can be bitchy and snobby. anyone can be bitchy, but preps can definatly be super snobby. they all wear lacoste and ralph lauren, gap, abercrombie and american eagle. which is fine, as long as they like them. which most of us do. some preps get "drunk" a lot which to them is one or two beers, just a little tipsy. its funny to watch them pretend. these kids are academically gifted, so they can put in little work and still get into college. they can be dumb otherwise, though. but, punks and goths are no better cause they wanna be so individual. ummmmm they all look the same. they put so much effort into individualism,no one takes them seriously. at least preps accept the fact they look alike adn arent individual or whatever.

prep: "holy shiiit i was so drunk last night."
prep b: "omg i knowwww mee too!"
prep c (thinking): i think they each only had one beer. im so glad im in the preps crowd!!! i get to pretend im drunk with them too!!

people talk about preps like they aren't real people. if you didn't notice...every " goth " dresses the same. nobody says anything about them. and it's not the kids that get the SUVs. its the parents. and big deal if some people are snobs. and not all of them are the same. and not all of them are idiots. i think that the only idiots are the people that sit at their computer dissing somebody and not realizing that the person they are dissing will probably never read what they're saying.

people are so radical sometimes. it makes me laugh.
