Mental Fabricator

A Mental Fabricator is someone who creates their own reality through thoughts, perceptions, and beliefs. They're the architect of their own mind, shaping how they see the world. It's like they're constantly building and rebuilding their own mental landscape.

Someone who creates or weaves mental constructs, like thoughts, narratives, or perspectives shaping reality through perception.
We are all mental fabricators of our own realities or we haven’t realized it yet and are temporarily accidentally allowing our perceived realities mistaken for the ultimate truth to fabricate how we think and feel.

mental asylum

A slang term referring to the statement that living at parents' house as an adult child is free, but it costs your mental health in exchange
Living at my parents' house might be free, but some days it feels like I'm stuck in a mental asylum with all the chaos and judgment.

Mental Sophism

The use of psychological concepts—trauma, projection, defense mechanisms—to dismiss arguments rather than understand minds. Mental Sophism turns therapy-speak into debate weapon: "you're projecting" becomes a way to avoid engagement; "you're triggered" dismisses legitimate emotion; "you need therapy" pathologizes dissent. The mental sophist uses the language of healing to harm, psychology to dismiss.
"She raised a valid concern. 'You're projecting your trauma,' he replied—without knowing her, without engaging her point. Mental Sophism: therapy-speak as debate tactic. Psychology became a weapon, not a tool for understanding."

Mentaltude

Mentaltude is a noun that refers to a habitual mental attitude that influences how a person interprets and responds to situations. It can also refer to a person's mental capacity or intellectual ability. It is receiving conscious or subconscious information through the five senses and immediately deciding how to feel about it without planning or research, resulting in positive or negative brain activity or stress. Mentaltude was coined by Jessie Wright, a black American known as a Master Tactician of Columbia South Carolina, during pre-COVID in 2019 by combining the words mental and attitude.
