A term used for a very stupid and cheeky young male man. The term was coined after a very cheeky boy continued to act out and not understand the consequences of his actions. The term is now used on any young male that is very immature for their age. The phrase began in Australia, however, it has spread to Southeast Asia recently.

Sasha is a blonde, blue eyed guy with freckles. His eyes are deep like the ocean, when he looks at you it's like he is staring into your soul. He is very and I mean it, is a VERY smart guy.
