1. When a male has not had intercourse for a long period of time. This is considered to be the cause of a "dusty dick," in which the male's penis is in fact, dusty, from lack of use.

2. To go for a long period of time without intercourse, resulting in a penis covered in dust.

3. To go a long period of time without anything or anyone touching one's penis.

4. A layer of dust covers one's penis boxers. This follows a dry spell.
