The action of editing or transforming an action, place or idea to appeal to younger generations. Youthanize may be used to describe how a room needs to be spiced up to appeal the younger generation.

This room looks a little boring, we should youthanize it! Maybe paint the walls vibrant colors, add a chalkboard and a large screen TV.

(in Pakistan) An Urdu language derogatory slang for a fervent supporter of ex-cricketer turned politician of Pakistan Imran Khan and his party "Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf". It is a singular male noun.
It is a portmanteau of English word "youth" and "Urdu word "chutia" (meaning moron).
The implication is that a youthia is a not just a political supporter of Imran Khan but also part of an unreasonable cult surrounding one personality.
Imran Khan, because of his background in sports and his reputation of being more literate in modern (read western) norms, is considered most popular among generations X and Y who are often referred to by English word youth.

Bare Youth

Young girls (or boys) that are attracted to older men who own cars and therefore an an easy pick-up. Like legal youth, bare youth is girls aged 14-16, legal youth is 16+.

There is nothing to do, i think I shall go pick up some Bare Youth in my car.
