Bette Midler

Legendary singer, actress and comedian known for her brassy singing, and her vibrant stage persona. Born in Hawaii, Bette went on to star in films such as The Rose, Beaches and The First Wives Club. Midler also conquered the music charts with "From a Distance" and "Wind Beneath My Wings".

I went to see Bette Midler in her Kiss My Brass concert last night.

Millered

verb - the act of having a proposed time pushed systematically out with the same, or similiar, excuse. Usually in 15 minute increments. Most often happens between the times of 8:30pm and 10:00pm EST.

"Hey steve, wanna play a game tonight?"
-"ya sounds, good. I'll be ready at 8:30"
"ok"
8:30 arrives
"Steve you ready?"
-"ya just gotta do a few quick things, gimme till 8:45"
"ok"
8:45 arrives
"alright steve"
-"ya just gotta eat something, i'll be ready at 9"

"millering" repeats until about 9:30-10:30pm upon the arrival at two conclusions

"jesus we were ready hours ago....we got fucking millered"
-"relax im here, let's go"

or

"steve its 10 o clock, wtf."
-"ya i got REALLY comfortable in this chair...i won't be playing after all"
"what the fuck, my night just got millered"

Miller Lite Shower

When an individual is excessively disrespectful, out-of-line, or shows a flippant and utter disregard for others or an individual and gets a Miller Lite poured over their head in front of a group of onlookers as a form of public humiliation and/or to instigate a physical confrontation.

"Man, I can't believe that random guy just walked up and said that to her for no reason. He totally deserved that Miller Lite Shower she gave him."

Any white, protestant, middle aged woman who over-involves herself in her church, is usually traditionalist Baptist or Presbyterian, gossips to an unhealthy degree, competes againsto other church ladies in bake sales and church picnics, and is generally self-righteous, prudish, and condescending. These women can also hold positions as secretaries, elementary teachers, or proud grandmothers. They are often seen wearing pearls, sensible shoes, and sweaters with pumpkins on them.

Charlotte Miller

An almost human who closely resembles a famous member of the feline family: Crookshanks (see Harry Potter). Her shocking hair is the result of a tragic fire in her youth, started by Charlotte herself after an unfortunate incident where a local establishment ran out of Bubble tea. The message for possible friends of this fiery little catuman is to be wary and always on guard: she scratches.
