You could mention that you have a new set of pronouns and she would go out of her way to word her speech in a way that uses them. It may seem like basic human decency to some people but it's really touching and I'm glad to be friends with her. She respects boundaries too, just everything she does to make people feel loved is amazing and I'm in love with her efforts.
