verb. To winkl is halfway between to wink and to tickle. It refers to a severe reaction to tactile stimuli, including but not limited to eye tics, loss of lower body control, flailing, reflexively curling into a fetal position, and violent swearing. A person who performs the above actions or other similar ones when poked is known as a 'winkler.'

This term goes back way when the Kernsvillians used to play drinking games on their land that their grand pappy bought them back in Nineteen Two.(1902)

Today the term is still used.But is known today when the smallest person of your party group gets too high or shitfaced or trippin on some kind of shit gets too fucked up and defeated and makes everyone wanna laugh and crack jokes allll night until the person cannot take it anymore.

Wintel

Combination of Windows and Intel. Refers to a computer running the Windows operating system and powered by an Intel microprocessor. In practice, the term is applied to computers running Windows, regardless of the actual microprocessor used.

Mildly derisive term, frequently in the phrase "wintel box", used to distinguish other systems (Mac, Linux, etc.) from the 80-90% of systems used by the proletarian masses.

We were hoping to get Macs in the office, but the drones in IT went out and bought more Wintel boxes.
