Tumbling Doll Of Flesh is a Japanese movie in which a man and a woman are hired to make a pornographic film. The woman felt scared about that it would be a snuff film, so she decides to go out of there, but the producers and the man reject that idea so they knock her out and tie her
The man rapes to the woman and the director cuts her left leg and her toughe. They drug her and cut her right arm, her remaining leg and abdomen, the man has sex with her innards, he cums and the director beats him with a cleaver and stabs the poor woman. Then, the director castrated the man.

The movie ends with the director making a telephone call and the two dead bodies.
