8 track

an obsolete form of media, primarily used in the 70s. 8-tracks were the 80s equivalent of the cassette tape or the 90s version of the CD, except that you could not rewind or fast forward, but you were able to skip into another sector of the 8 track (aka the 'track')

Kid #1: Check out my 76 AMC Matador. I paid $300 for it, but the dude I bought it from said he's throw in the original 8 track player for an additional $100.

Kid #2: You fucking tool. No one has used 8 tracks in 20 years, at least.

The remnants of an explosive fecal event, leaving liquid shit remains on the rear of the victim's trousers. Usually associated with a night of binge drinking.

Track Attack

The sharp pain in the chest, along with a lack of feeling in the legs and light-headedness, one gets when they immediately finish running/sprinting any track & field related event. One usually must reach PR or surpassed PR to achieve this feeling. It hurts alot. Sometimes results in being carried off the track, passing out on the track, crying, or a brutal yelling from ones coach for not running faster. Thankfully the pain does not last more than five (5) minutes in most cases.

-To spot "track attack" the runner will most likely have their hands at their hips, on top of their head, or on their knees and will be frantically walking around in circles (unless they are on the ground). Eyes may be watering and face will show expressions of great pain, anxiety, and constipation. The words fuck, shit, Jesus Christ, God, damn, and Holy (in any combination) are most commonly said when experiencing a Track Attack.
To stop a Track Attack simply eat extremely unheathly food i.e: nachos, candy, chips, or frosted animal crackers and lie on the ground.

Can also be written: Trackattack or Track-Attack.

Mayisha ran the 200m dash in PR time and placed first but once she reached the finish line I knew she was having a Track Attack. She was about to cry and she started yelling, "Holy fucking shit!" which scared some young children. I bought her some victory nachos and she felt alot better. Coach then brutally yelled at her for not running faster.

Trackie

Someone who takes part in cross-country and or track at their univeristy or high schol. Usually tall, thin (unless a sprinter, in that case you are big black, and can run fast) and seen in the masses at local pizza joints eating a solid seven slices or running the streets for many an hour on sunday mornings. Are known for throwing sweet fests (see parties)and having hot girls on the distance team. Hated by football and lacrosse players and basically people who can't run. (affiliated with super runner shop, the armory, suffolk county)

--I'm gettin cramped up cause of that excrutiating 4 by 4, and i still have a sprint medley relay!

50 Cent makes a lot of diss tracks toward people such as Ja Rule, Jadakiss, and Fat Joe.
