Scrub 

A white person who was brought up in a white background, goes to a predominantly white and rich school, and acts as though they were brought up in the hood. These people will be 'into' rap music, wear Jordan's to walk around, most likely be seen with a pair of beats around their neck (all of which defeats the purpose of being from the hood), and attempt to speak ebonics.

Scrub: Aye yo, dat play was fye last night, dawg.

Regular person: Bruh, why you talkin like that?

Scrub: Aye brah, why you fenna hate, yo?

Regular person: Man, you a scrub.

A scrub is a guy that thinks hes fly and is also known as a buster. A scrub is a guy that cant get no love from me. You can see alot of scrubs working at the local pizza hut if you need to see them in person.

Someone who's constantly broke from buying frivolous things and yet still takes advantage of loves ones to buy him beer and food.

Lance: I can believe Robert isn't taking me to the club, he was willing to go until I told him I wasn't buying him drinks.

Jarred: that's nothing I had to buy him a beer on my birthday even though I'm always getting him cases of natty Bo.

in SF2, people tried getting out of dizzy combos by mashing the buttons, which meant they were being dizzy combo'd to death constantly, and probably sucked.

This term reached popular misuse within online games (StarCraft/TFC/ Disney ToonTown), when nerds started filing for the internet in droves, because their fighting game skills sucked. Nerds on Bnet/Quake/Halo would become shut-ins and 'remake' fighting game terms to fit online games, where they naturally have nothing to do with them. The proper and only term they're looking for is "n00b".
