Someone who looks like they'd fart as a result of a sneeze. Historically used to suppress the black vote in the African Congo under Apartheid. Most commonly cited as a result of the Sugond Eaz-Mnuts Uprisings of 1903.

A variation upon the traditonal "Shart". Many think of a snart as a fart released upon a sneeze, but in actuality a "Snart" is a shart brought on by a sneeze. So, in conclusion a snart is a sneeze, which causes a fart, which causes a shit thus creating the Snart.
Can Ryan borrow a pair of underwear?, he just snarted and needs to change.
