A rickroll is when a person sends a link to someone else saying that it’s something like a new YouTube video, however when they click on the link they get send to the 1987 song “never gonna give you up” by Rick Astley.

“Hey, is this a rickroll?”
“No, it’s not, it’s a video showing funny cat videos”
“You lied. It is a rickroll”
