A case of raging diarrhea normally resulting in the performance of a "buckle shuffle" done at the helm of a toilet, after eating spicy food.
Oh man, I ate those hot BBQ potato chips and couldn't leave the house, because they gave me a case of Mississippi Quick Step. I almost didn't make it, as my belt hemmed me up when I was doing the buckle shuffle in front of the toilet!
