Outfart

To outfart someone an animal, plant (or a human) must spay a substance on something. the object that is being outfarted will become the outfartee. And the thing outfarting is the outfarter.

this word is used to more deffine if a fart is someone just plain ol farting or staying stuff on someone else.

(the substance doest allways have to be in biological origin, for example elmers glue or lava)

The panda outfarted its sent on the tree stump so other pandas can know the importatnt info aboat the outfarter.

A blackout is typically associated with "lights on, no one is home" after a night of consuming large quantities of alcohol. So, a Power Outage surpasses a blackout. It is the next level - "lights are off and no one is home".

Person 1: "Oh man, were you blacked out in this picture? Because it looks like lights are on, but no is home".
Person 2: "No dude, the lights weren't even on."
Person 1: "Oh, so you had a Power Outage!"
