Definition: Being a snoop is someone who lies about nearly everything. Big, small, to their mother and grandmother they lie. Its hard to tell the truth when you are dealing with a snoop. They are a pathological liar.

Purvin Liar

Someone who is completely full of shit. Says one thing and does another. He criticizes people playing for him while he does the same shit behind your back. Someone who temporarily coaches the Jacksonville Jaguars until more leaks surface. Someone who used to coach in college where he could just recruit better players than other schools. Someone who is a complete fraud and a liar. Someone who likes to leave the wifey at home while he tries to perv out with women half his age. Someone who likes lap dances while avoiding his wife's calls. Someone who cant be trusted. Probably hangs out with Jon Gruden and Former Governor Cuomo and had Jeffrey Epstein on speed dial.

I went to hooters the other day and almost choked on my wings while looking over and seeing Purvin Liar trying to get a lap dance from the waitresses.
