A hilarious human being with many friends. You could say once you get to know her, she has alot more flavour to her personality. She gets angry like other people but doesnt take shit from nobody. Shes always there for you. Shes funny, kind, energetic and probably has the best music taste in her friendship circle.

Favouritism

A very biased behavior where a person who is likely highest-in-command treats a person unfairly, apparently or sometimes regardless of reputation, etc. Imagine a person getting a promotion in a certain workplace/workshop for being a favourite.

#1: Hey #2. Since you are my favourite, how about I put you in a higher position?
