A drug addicted female who hangs around drug users looking for a free hand out. One who scrapes the carpet looking for any rocks or crystals that someone might have dropped.

That stupid clucker is always hanging around acting nice waiting for someone to offer her a hit.

Chuckleberry

A type of tickling that involves two people: the giver and the receiver. The giver holds out both of his/her hands, in the way you would when you pick out berries from the trees, near the receiver's waists and tickle them (in a squeezing-the-berry kind of way) typically when they are unaware. In a sense, you are giving them a healthy berry of laughter. You usually tickle them until they don't want to have anymore chuckleberries.

Lucas gave Trixie a chuckleberry to cheer her up when she was depressed after her midterm.

A person who is genuinely hilarious in the way they look and or act. Only people who are EXTREMELY hilarious to watch can be classified as this, and only a few true chucklemonsters have been spotted.

You: "You see that retarded girl scribble on her window and then nod in approval? That was hilarious!."

Friend: "Yeah i know shes a real chucklemonster!"
