However, thankfully, the standard of bollywood has risen, with believable,fun movies and catchy songs.
Oh, and a fact I'd like to clear up:
# It isn't trying to leach off the name of Hollywood. Maybe it's copied it's name, but it isn't trying to pass off as the better version, or poor mans version of hollywood. I watch both kinds, and I assure you - they are very,very different. The bollywood stars do not get worldwide recognition, but the population of India is so large, that I'm sure they feel largely recognized anyway.
