Prison slang for an edible spoon made from a wafer-like material, typically provided to inmates on mental health/suicide watches who have recently demonstrated a proclivity for inserting foreign objects into their bodily orifices, which unlike a regular plastic spoon will eventually dissolve on contact with bodily moisture.

A very rare condition where when the person with the condition is asleep, the innermind of the body finds the need to big or small spoon hes / her partner. Whereas the partner is situated in a different room. Keep in mind not waking up the person or reject the spoon, it will trigger a reaction of the person to spank the butt.

Used to ironically indicate a huge amount of something, that someone wants to pretend is a small amount.
Based on the joke in King Bach's vine wherein a man asks his friend how much ice cream he can have to which he replies 'only a spoonful' before unveiling a comically large spoon.
