She usually frames it as either something she discovered herself or something society has "forgotten" (it typically has not). Some things that mindful blondes talk about are growing garlic rather than buying it, decorating your house with things that make you happy, and "being an omnivore (???)". Most of modern society knows these things already but from how inspired the mindful blonde sounds you may think she herself really did not know these basic hacks until recently.
