attire not fitting for others to see;

the disheveled or careless way way one looks, dresses, or smells, when home alone, fiddling around the house, with no witnesses;

the stereotypical way the homeless or insane asylum inmates are portrayed; completely incognizant of one's appearance, or how one appears to others;

the way one looks when he knows NO ONE (not even family, spouses, best friends, or lovers), other than a pet, will see what he looks like.

I didn't come to the door because I was looking kind of house crazy.

I avoid that neighbor, because he's a little house crazy!

Sweetie, it's hard for me to come home after a long day, to find you home, in rollers and old sweats, looking house crazy.

Blood Crazy 

The scientific phenomena where a woman, due to her menstrual cycle, is in a heightened state of anger and/or sexual arousal. She is prone to hunt down mating partners, or attack her committed partner at a higher rate of incident/frequency than normal times. She also is prone to laying someone out in an argument and/or acting in an irrational state, due to her hormonal condition.

There is no cure for "blood crazy", but scientists are working around the clock to figure out its foundations, so as to create some sort of mitigating substance.
