Bacterial infection brought on by close proximity to duck fecal matter which causes a rash and itching of the infected area.

Couple ducks took a dump as they passed me swimming in Mirror Lake and now I'm itching like crazy. You must have a case of the duck itch bro.

Muckly duck is when holiday lights that don't match are lite for all to see. It's when people that sag, bag and drag. It's a staff meeting with no direction or a committee without a chair person. Females that dress skanky.
