Soft Machine

A British fusion/progressive rock group named after the book of the same name. They were a central band in the Canterbury Scene of musicians. They started off as a psychedelic band, performing at the UFO club of Pink Floyd fame. Their best album is, without a doubt, Third, which is fusion in the style of Miles Davis's Bitches Brew. It's very trippy.

Some famous members were Robert Wyatt, Mike Ratledge, Hugh Hopper, Kevin Ayers, and Allan Holdsworth.

I was listening to Third by Soft Machine, and it was so awesome that everybody came over and had a good time.

Soft fuzzy man

An “ambient man” or an “atmospheric man” from the song Soft Fuzzy Man, by Lemon Demon. It’s a term some use to describe a stalker or a try-hard man who just wants to get a girl, even though his methods are unorthodox, possessive, and he tries to be soft and fuzzy; as the song states. He just makes everyone around him uncomfortable.

Although I thought I could trust him, he gave off the energy of a soft fuzzy man.

Characteristically with dirt across her face, ratted, sweaty hair, bloody knees and dirt stained socks and uniform. She's a diligent hard worker who knows the real meaning of teamwork, spirit, and fearing nothing. Contradictorily she personifies all this while she still wears cute, color coordinated hair ribbons and sleeve stripes.
