(Australian slang)

The act of obtaining something from another person by asking. This act would only be undertaken by a low-brow individual, or by someone who is monetarily challenged.

a combination of the words slut, cunt, bitch, and also bag, because bag just makes every word ten times better. Usually used as a nickname for complete badasses, or to describe the lowliest of lows.
