when something or someone has done some exciting, cool, amazing or practically great and sometimes dramatic we use the term "fire pon/upon it/her/he/them... to express our ecitement, shock or amazment.

*favorite team wins game* "Thats whats up! fire pon them"
"we walked into the club and we put fire pon it"

Shortening of "Nippon", the Japanese translation of "Japan". It was most commonly used as a derogatory slur to identify Japenese people during the Second World War.
