Fetus fallacy

The fetus fallacy is when you are having a debate or argument with someone and they bring up abortion when it is unrelated to the original subject.

When this happens, the person who brings up abortion automatically loses the argument.
"We were talking about gun rights and for some reason he brought up abortion. So he lost the argument because of the fetus fallacy"

Frog's well fallacy

A frog's well is a common form of argument and is an informal fallacy. It's a common fallacy, where a broad generalized claim is made on the pretext of a small geographical area, ignoring the rest of the globe. One who engages in this fallacy is said to be "digging frog's well".
Statements like, "You know what! Sanskrit is the mother of all languages." are considered frog's well fallacy. The one who is making this kind of fallacious arguments, is digging frog's well.

reductive fallacy

an error of reducing higher or more complex processes, such as human behavior and thinking, to its elementary components or material bearers, such as physiological structures or chemical reactions.
Reductive fallacies abound in the popular works of Carl Sagan. For example, he wrote in his best-selling book The Dragons of Eden": "My fundamental premise about the brain is that its workings--what we sometimes call "mind"--are a conse`uence of its anatomy and physiology and nothing more".

Faggot Fallacy

Also known as the homo cop-out, this is the act of calling something or someone a homosexual either to diffuse a situation or obtain a desired result. Most often used in groups of guys between middle school and college.
Example 1: Guy1: I have such a awesome six-pack!

Guy2: Really? Prove it.

Guy1: No! Are you gay!?! (Also acceptable: No! That would be gay!)

Example 2: Guy1: Dude come watch this hilarious video!

Guy2: *after watching* Wow, that wasn't funny at all...

Guy1: Your so gay.

Example 3: Guy1: *on phone with Guy2* Dude! You should come to this party, there are all these hot chicks and beer! It's sweet!

Guy2: No thanks. I have better things to do than be arrested for anyone of the likely illegal activities you partaking in.

Guy1: Wow, your such a fag...

Guy2: Um.... ok.... I'll be right over!

The Beatles Fallacy

The Beatles Fallacy is the hegemonic misconception among hack musicologists that the British Rock band The Beatles were "revolutionary" or "groundbreaking" in the history of music, ignoring earlier rock and roll, garage, and politically relevant songwriting; the Beatles are mistakenly assumed to have invented or been the "most influential" in the myriad styles they performed, despite the existence of contemporaries like The Rolling Stones, The Sonics, etc., and the pre-existence of like way harder albums than Revolver.

NOTE: The Beatles Fallacy is related to the misconception that Rock and Roll prior to 1960 was all hokey crap, and is the bastard stepchild of the Elvis Hypothesis, crediting "The King" with the invention of Rock and Roll, thereby ignoring shit black people had been doing for like 10 years.
The Beatles are obviously the most influential rock band of all time," said Adam the music hack, espousing The Beatles Fallacy.

The At-The-End-Of-The-Day Fallacy

A Type of Fallacy that only apologists use to dismiss the action of re-evaluating their position and to re-verify, then to only dismiss said statement or argument as fallacy, false, or incorrect.
First off, you're assuming that the family will say "the children". Not all Christian families will say that, and each individual member may have a different answer.

Second, you assume Christian families do that, but you have yet to back it up. Their reaction is not proof, they could be shocked for a number of reasons, as in, they maybe be shocked that you think something so incorrect. Even so, most families will just look at you weirdly or laugh, and say no.

At the end of the day, you have no proof; you have not fulfilled your BoP. Vote con.
