Slightly different meanings to the original adjective "dumb". Which, can be used on other adjectives and words to give them a more grandiose meaning.

Definitions: The best, Crazy, Amazing, Large, Successful(ly), Unexplainable(y), Stupid, Easily. All these definitions are considered positive.

Jimmy: Dude, I lost the keys to my house, my mom is going to kill me.
Fred: Don't worry bro, I know this dumb locksmith, he has the house keys of everyone in this neighborhood.
