The price you pay for separating your self from another person's self by identifying who you are. Similar to punctuation which separates verbs, nouns or adjectives from each other in grammar. Or the day from the month and the year of the date today or in history or the planned future.

That dude over there didn't pay punk tuition who is he and why is he with us?

Some colleges allow you to wait till later to pay for your courses; perhaps this could be a standard "round-tuition" policy for alumni who did well in class.

An imaginary folder (or even a real one) where ideas, recipes, projects, and tasks are placed with the intention of getting around to them eventually, but often end up accumulating indefinitely.

Derived from the phrase "I'll do it when I get a round tuit" (a play on "get around to it").

My Round Tuit Folder is bursting at the seams! I really need to start tackling some of those projects I've been putting off.

Originate from a video that went viral on the french internet of a man saying "une tuile" before throwing a tile in a hole filled with water and then going "yeah"
