The habitual act of leaving the office in a surreptitious manner before one's peers, so as to avoid appearing not busy and capable of handling more work.
Worker 1: "Hey dude, have you seen Dwight around the office recently? Did he pull a stith again?"
Worker 2: "Yeah, that guy took off hours ago all quiet n' shit."
