A poplewaca is a group of artists who live in a community and create collaborative art projects. Or artists whom know each other and are influenced by each other's art.
The painters at the turn of the century in Paris are an example of a poplewaca. Rappers who break in the scene at the same time, but grew up together are a poplewaca.
