Piedmont

Small, unincorporated town surrounded by Oakland, California. Predominiately caucasian, upper-middle class population. Most residents identify with a more liberal political affiliation. Piedmont is usually classified by it's "Upper" region; El Cerrito Ave. and Eastward.
