Definition: An instance in which the loose skin of one's neck have a vague resemblance to a vulva.

Origin: A combination of the words, "neck" and "pussy". Which was either created as a result of a now famous image of Donald Trump being used on the cover of a magazine or at the very least rose significantly in popularity because of it.

Example: All I can focus on his Trump's nussy..

Example: Wonder if Melania fingers old Donald's nussy.

Example: The nussy is very distracting in this photo.
