Observer: "Man, Steve is stoned and just couch locked."

Steve (Thinks): I love this Connection, there is absolutely nothing that is going to keep me away from it. I don't care what they think.

Observer: "Man, that is why I like the Mental stage, because getting the Connection is boring"

Steve (Thinks): Yep, most of you do. And you are missing the best part of the stone!

God Chimes In: Steve, just sitting in the Connection is not the Goal. The message must be delivered 'It is Me!'

Steve (Thinks) What? Goes down into Mental and starts playing the mind games.

God (Thinks) - Shit! This is going to be harder than I think.

cocked and locked

"Cocked and locked" refers to a method of carrying a pistol, often a 1911 gov't model semiauto, with a round already in the chamber and the hammer cocked back and ready to fire. It is a term coined by police who carry 1911 pistols in this manner. Usually the holster strap is inserted between the hammer and firing pin for safety, which is snapped open when needed for a fast draw. It is actually safe to carry a 1911 model pistol in this way because of the redundant safety mechanisms such as the 1911's grip safety and thumb safety to protect against any accidental discharge until the weapon is on target and the shooter is ready to fire.

I like to carry my 1911 Colt Commander "cocked and locked" in my concealment holster when I go out. I want to be instantly ready for action if I have to draw. Having to rack your slide before firing could potentially get you killed.

Murphy's Locker room Law

When you select a locker in an empty locker room, the next person coming back to their locker will be right next to yours. If they happen to enter at the exact moment you're putting on your underwear, then their locker will be on the opposite side of you and they'll have to shuffle by uncomfortably close.

Me: (putting on underwear in the locker room)
Next guy: oh hi, I need to slip past you to get to my locker; hope you don't mind.
Me: No problem; it's Murphy's Locker room Law.
Next guy & Me: chuckle chuckle chuckle

locking

A funk dance created at the early 70's by Don Campbellock. There were the Funk dance, a social dance that everybody knew how to dance. In this style there was a move called Funky Chicken. Don Campbellock didn`t know how to do it right cause every move he did, he used to "lock" his arms. Then the people would say to him: "Do the Lock, Campbell". He created some more moves and patterns and called his new dance "Campbellocking" or just "Locking"
