When you smell worse than a skunk, have the attitude of a monkey who just got shot in the rear, and have a tendency to threaten to throw small people out a window, this is The DeLeon Effect.

A man comes out of his room, and all females are instantly repelled by his stench, which he takes to be the fact that they are all evil and should die, and then grabs the nearest midget and punts them out the nearest window. This man has demonstrated The DeLeon Effect.
