collector's dozen

A group of 11, usually a packaged food item or actual collection of interesting object.

The collector collects a dozen of said item, but is disillusioned by greed and decides to keep one. Antonym for 'Baker's Dozen' as in, the baker is generous and gives an extra, while the Collector's Dozen means 'to keep a portion of the lot' instead.

Hot Pocket Lover: "Man, the value pack boxes used to come with a dozen hot pockets, and now they only have 11!
Friend: "Oh yeah man, the Collector's Dozen. It's been getting more and more common nowadays."
Hot Pocket Lover: "Awh, what ever happened to the generous Baker's Dozen!"

debt collector

Contrary to popular belief, the debt collector is not a jackass government worker, they are average people trying to make a buck. Although people think the debt collector is the asshole, the real asshole is the debtor. The debtor (aka anyone who owes a debt because they received a service which they in all their dumbassery think they don't need to pay for) is by far the dumbest person alive, believing that hanging up or telling the collector they dont have a job/moved far far away to save their stupid ass from being collected on will help, however, it will not as the collector can literally find out any sort of information on the debtor that they want, anything from where they work/live to their social security number the debtor is so dumb in fact that the collector becomes more and more depressed every day, not because the idiot debtor hurts their feelings, but because they witness firsthand the decline of the human IQ, which seems to decrease daily.

Debt Collector: Hi is Adam D***** there?

Debtor: What's this about?

Collector: I can only disclose the information to Adam.

Debtor: yeah, I get it, you can't say because you've been "dee-structed" to do so, right?

Someone who is lame, uncool, tired, or just generally boring.

Other forms of the term -
"Couch Collecting" - The act of being boring/lame
"Couch Collection" - A group or series of things that are boring.

Lyda: I broke up with my boyfriend because he was too boring.
Bryant: Yeah, he was a total couch collector.

Will: This party is lame.
Pete: Yeah, these people are couch collecting.

James: What did you do last night?
Rodney: Well I felt sick so I just stayed at home and collected couches.

Hank: I can't believe the professor expects us to read all these crappy books.
