A tingly, goosebumpy, sensation felt in the region between the ankle and the calf. Cankles are typically brought on by a frightening, startling, or disgusting experience. The cankles sensation rarely lasts longer than a few seconds.

Watching old people eat with their mouths open gives me cankles.
